I agree with the rating by the previous person who Rated Mindy and her partner Kevin Zlock. They are the worst Law firm i have evr dealt with. I could have done a better job on my case then they did. Mindy did not follow my instructions as well and it has cost me over $150,000. I won a judgment in court for $150,000 and she was so nice in defending me that she agreed with the defendant not to persue getting my judgement until his divorce was settled. Guess what Kevin was handling that case and i eventually ahd to fire both of them due to lack of representaion for the same thing. He never showed up in court and sent an unseasoned Lawyer that had no idea what she was doing or did she know anyhting about the case. He didn't even tell me he was not showing up after i just paid Top Dollar for his so called expertise. The only thing he is experienced in is sending bills for work not performed. I am out the over $20,000 i paid Kevin and the $150,000 that Mindy said it was ok to wait. |
