This guys is not a good lawyer. All he cares about is attention from the media, so he can put his ugly mug on the news and talk about what a wonderful lawyer he is. My family paid this worthless piece of crap thousands of dollars to defend us and all he did was take our money and talk about what a wonderful lawyer he was. My sister who works at St Mary Hospital waited on this ignorant attention junkie and said he was the most ignorant piece of crap they had ever seen. Truth be told, I understand chuck had a problem with his father when he was young, seems that problem has manifested. |

Please safe yourself the time, effort, nightmarish hell and hard earned money from this crook lawyer and his firm.The whole firm is totally unethical. I had my retainer stolen, only to have a bait and switch scam pulled on me to give them more money, they postponed my court hearing without telling me. When they decided to tell me and they decide to to show up a second time, it was a different lawyer.I already had a lawsuit and was so terrified. I lost the case and Mr. Peruto and his firm are nothing but flash. No more. They talk a good game in the beginning. Saw many red flags and didn't act on them. Got burnt. Heard from others he did the same stunt to them, as well. Don't make the same mistake I made. I had to hire a different attorney and put out more money to appeal, but who was not flashy or expensive, nor well-known and got my case dismissed. |
