Worst of the worst. She took a simple uncontested probate case and litigated it until she managed to run up her bill to %30 of
the estate. A large part of that was involved in contacting relatives and getting affidavits that were totally useless.
When we finally had a hearing, the administrator ignored all the paperwork she filed and insisted that she refile with the proper documents.
She seemed totally unfamiliar with court procedures or what the administrator wanted.
She and her assistant marklyn markey handled the paperwork in a very unprofessional manner considering what her firm was charging. Many, many times I had to correct names, dates
and other items in the documents I was sent to review and sign. They were not simple oversights; just incompetent preparation.
Her staff was also very unprofessional in handling documents. They would either not send paperwork out, and insist they did, or they would send documents to be returned at the
last minute, so it would
