This attorney will take a case without review and string them along for some time, letting her legal assistant make all the decisions on a case with out consulting the attorney. She will not return calls herself, always the legal assistant. Niki is a rude and arrogant person who is not in the best interest of the clients she works for. Her assistant is knowlegable, but should not be working at the capacity bordering on attorney's work, she is only a legal assistant not an attorney. Niki would rather not meet any clent until she takes them to a hearing, imagine being with an attorney for 3 years and never meeting them until the day of your hearing!
