attorney Shipman has integrity and kind spirited. Because of my own actions Attorney Shipman represented me on different occasions. All of those outcomes were to my satisfaction. He works hard to get the best possible favorable results. He's a good man with know how. |

Christopher Shipman saved my life, when no one else would believe - truth. Very intelligent, articulate concise. Being an ex cop and grandfather serving in Infantry this is the man you want on your side, if you speak truth to power. He knows what the Law is, he knows what Law allows. I was his first major court case, and our mutual trust in each other saved my life and established a fine base line of excellence in his new career, from the very start. [While ending a certain senior DAs particular career, warned him, he did not listen.] Although not much of a case to fight, sort of like swatting flies with a mack truck. If you desire media attention, ego stroking, less than honorable behavior, vast settlements, fame and glory please choose another Lawyer, you will both be much Happier. Attorney Shipman represented me for a Workers Compensation case. I lost a huge part of my case due to his misrepresentation. This was a an actual clear cut legal malpractice situation which was later determined by another Attorney, who recognized that Attorney Shipman missed an error which was made in an earlier decision which wrongfully omitted a major part of my injury's. This later enabled the Insurance Company to deny my most needed Surgery, stating "it was not an injury they were responsible for. I was advised legally that my case would have been worth much, much more had Attorney Shipman done his job as my Attorney. This Attorney referred me to another very suddenly in the middle of my case, and as horrible as I thought this was, I did not know why until all of this occurred. Mr. Shipman was working under Asteak Law Offices, in Easton, Pa. at the time, and neither caught this very obvious mistake over the several years I was forced to stay with them! BEWARE OF THIS ONE! |
