She represented me in my worker compensation and fall down both. She could be hard to reach but would call me back. She won my worker compensation case in court and got me a good settlement from the other insurance company and I didn't have to pay back the full worker comp amount. I would definitely go back to her again. |

I originally contacted Knafo Law Offices and met with Kristin Harvey who took my car accident case. She explained every step of the process and what I should expect. She told me she would always return my calls within 24 hours, unless she was in trial, and she always did. She answered all my questions and got me a settlement I was very happy with. I would recommend her to anyone. |

Ms. Harvey was very cold and distant the entire time she (mis)represented me. She distances herself to the extreme of sitting seperatly from her clients in the court room during hearings. Ms. Harvey made me feel like she was the opposing Attorney, not working for me or my best interest. She was difficult to contact with legitimate concerns and or questions, and had to be phoned several times before returning calls. Ms Knafo is backed by her Employer, Jerry Knafo, who has a reputable firm (known to this area.) In conclusion, Ms. Harvey recommended I end my case with this firm, as it could not be won. She sail, and I quote."you had your day in court." This firm dropped my case before it was over, and left me out on a limb. Mr Knafo backed her on that decision, to my surprise. I then pursued an excellent Attorney with a huge firm located in Phila. who won my case in settlement. What a difference in professionalism, mannerism, overall treatment, and end result! |
