Is also the City of Carbondale Attorney, Cuts and pastes other City's policy's and Laws and says they have been "testeted". You can have the State of Kansas Law in front of you and read it to her and be right and she says "thats not how I interpreat it". The the Councils watch dog and never lets the people speak. The Council can't use the restroom without getting it oked by her. STAY AWAY! |
