This attorney is unethical in practice and will go to any means to win and to be paid. He manufactures his cases using innuendo and false allegations to predispose the court. He does not rely on evidence to litigate his cases and his arguments are without continuity, filled with hyperbole, name-calling and absurd allegations. Jacobs bullies litigants and belittles opposing colleagues. This attorney should be reviewed and censored by the MD bar, and Jacobs should be required to make reparations to all those he has falsely accused and hurt. The above rating reflects these comments.
