The lawyers Office contacted me by having a Paralegal call and threat and Intimidate me in regards to a Hospital bill - When I explained that I did not owe anything to their client Global credit Network,LLC any money and that Under the Fair Credit Act I chose not to deal with a second or Third party collection agency, the customer service representative hung up and I immediately called back the next customer service representative made notations and within 5 minuts I had a paralegal again Threaten and Intimmidate me in paying a debt which clearly had been purchased or obtained from their client. Again I stated that I would call the original creditor, and said that I would only deal with them; He the paralegal got Beligerant and confrontational and again threaten and Intimmidated me with a lawsuit which would be filed in the County court for not paying them. I again told them that I DID NOT owe Global credit anything or the Law office and proceeded to contact the original creditor. |
