While going through my divorce I hired an attorney who was terrible at follow up. It was my first experience with a lawyer and had written them all off. After my divorce I had several issues with my ex that needed to be handled by a legal professional and through a recommendation I found Ben Porter. He is very well informed and worked hard to ensure I was well represented. All issues handled fairly and the biggest difference I noticed between Ben and my first attorney is that Ben is excellent with follow up. I highly recommend. |

Mr. Porter was very well prepared for each hearing and did his research well ahead of schedule. I could not be more pleased with his interest and expertese into my case. He made other lawyers look unprofesional next to him. He was always early and I never had to wonder what the plan of action was for the particular hearing. I would highly recommend him for anyone interested in having the best legal support. He was very knowledgeable and prepared to win the case. |

He seemed to know his stuff, however never follwed through. He was hired to represent me in my divorce, and did nothing but cost me money, although my divorce was finanlized that was all he did. After a year and a half we only met once, did not return phone calls or emails, when he did it was more $$ for doing so. I am destitute, financially ruined, and lost my child due to his negligence. I would not refer him to anyone. At first he sounds great and motivated once the money hits his account it's all down hill from there. |

Benjamin Porter is not on top of his game, he should not be allowed to practice law anywhere in the country, literally destroyed my case, he misformed me that a crucial court order was still standing although the order had been revoked for over 6 weeks. This misinformation had an unfavorable bearing on my case. Spent unnecessary time and money based on bad advice that he gave me. His passive personality and lack of litagation skills was indicative to the way he clammed up in the corner like a scared chicken and allowed the opposing attorney dominate the hearing. i had to speak up for myself to save my case while he was sitting right beside me and wouldn't say nothing. Continued to state that he was in control of the situation but let the opposing attorney shut him down without a fight. If u expect a victory Ben Porter will not deliver. Ben Porter is not cut out for this type of work. Better off representing myself which is exactly what happened during my sixty day status conference |

Firm claims to provide expert help for Dads. They play on emotions and provide poor service. Will start you of with one lawyer, and the will switch you to another. Watch your wallet. You can easily spend 20K and still not be divorced. Nothing to show but paper work. Find lawyer that has a flat fee, by the hour is expensive. |
