Sorry to say i've read all these comments but i just cant relate to most. Vaughn Mungin was my atty for 3 different cases in the last 2 years and each one i was charges a reasonable amount for these cases, and even got everything expunged off my record. So i'm HAPPY to say that he's DEFIANTLY my go to guy should anything ever happen. He was referred to me through my husband and his father BOTH we use Mungins services as well. |

Vaughn Mungin was my lawyer for an accident case. He was very helpful and willing to help me with any problems I had. He was very professional. |

Vaughn Miles was my attorney for a domestic violence case and I was referred to him by another attorney. Though we never met before my case, he understood my concerns and was punctual and caring throughout the process. He was able to quickly establish the case on my behalf. I received no service from this law firm. I was rushed, ill properly advised not advocated for I felt like I was all alone on this case and he just got a check. I stared receiving calls from people that were to have been paid 30 after my settlement. I my car was NEVER properly repaired it was the worse ever I will never use them again. |

I have read other reviews about Mr. Mungin and they are far too lenient with regard to his behavior professionally and personally. One comment was about bounced checks and over the past few years he has done this several times. He take money from a case hounding people to come in on a Friday to pay down on their case but to rob peter to pay paul. Can't the bar do something about his unethical behavior? Please don't waste your time with this attorney -- He will take your money -- chase you down for the remainder and then lose your case. Hands down for him all the way. |

I'm not too sure about the above persons experience, but I was wrongfully accused of a crime while I was hospitalized, and I had to hire an attorney. He didn't charge me over $1000 to take my case, and he was very helpful in my situation. He proved my case and was very helpful and considerate. I was very pleased. |

Don't waste your time or $ on this attorney, he's arrogant, unprofessional, acts inappropriately with clients and staff, bounces checks and has no dignity. |
