Penis Pump Judge Gets Probation For Drunk Driving

TULSA, OK — Former Creek County District Judge Donald Thompson, known as the penis pump judge, convicted of indecent exposure as a result of masturbating on the bench during trials, has avoided jail time for his drunk driving arrest.

Donald Thompson, 62, was arrested last Dec. 5 by an Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper about 3 a.m. According to a police report, the trooper came upon a vehicle that was stopped on the outside shoulder of the Creek Turnpike. The car had a flat tire and damage to the driver’s side.

Of course he gets probation. He's a judge! He is currently a sex offender, and the average citizen, who violated probation/parole, would be sent back to jail and/or prison, but because he's a JUDGE he gets probation.

Hapless taxpayers end up absorbing the penalty due to a corrupt system intent on shielding the over compensated perverts who stalk the halls of justice.

The misconduct of former Creek County District Judge Donald Thompson, who masturbated with a penis pump while presiding over trials, has ended up costing Oklahoma taxpayers $340,000 in settlements of lawsuits filed by two of his employees.

Zelma Hindman, who was Thompson's secretary, and Lisa Foster, his court reporter, sued the state for hostile work environment discrimination and retaliation. They each got settlements of $170,000 because Thompson fired them for testifying before the Council on Judicial Complaints.

Foster alleged among other things that her termination violated her free-speech rights. The settlement of her case immediately followed a judge's decision last month denying a motion for summary judgment in which Thompson argued her testimony did not involve a matter of public concern.

"The whole genesis for the allegations involves a well-known courthouse joke," Brewster said. "About the time he turned 50, he was given a gag gift by a hunting buddy, a penis pump, in poor taste. It sat in the courthouse the past several years and was in various places."

Three women told graphic and sordid stories of the years they had spent in fear while working for Creek County District Judge Donald Thompson Friday in a press interview in Tulsa.

There were sobs and tears at times as Zelma Hindman, Lisa Foster and Dianna Horath Stricklin told of allegedly observing masturbation, exposure and propositions of sexual acts. Foster said she had told a friend of how Thompson had been exposing himself deliberately in front of her for years.

"My friend asked me why I did not tell someone what was going on," she said. "I told her that I was afraid that I might find myself dead in a ditch someday."

One reporter asked what prompted her to make that statement and Foster said, "You just don't know Creek County."

Strickland said she had worked as a minute clerk in Thompson's courtroom for 23 years. She said that one day Thompson called her into his office and said that he would like to perform oral sex on her. Strickland said she turned him down and then quickly started to leave his office. She said Thompson then said, "Well you think about it for a while."

PHILADELPHIA — A former judge in northeastern Pennsylvania pleaded guilty Friday to a racketeering conspiracy charge for his role in a kickback scheme that put juvenile defendants, many without lawyers, behind bars for sometimes minor offenses.

Michael Conahan, 58, faces up to 20 years in prison after his plea in Scranton federal court. No sentencing date was set. Court documents do not indicate if Conahan will testify against the other former Luzerne County judge charged in the case, Mark Ciavarella Jr. Conahan’s lawyer, Philip Gelso, declined to comment Friday.

These pillars of society should receive a mandatory life sentence and forfeit their pension for restitution, or
be required to work as a restroom attendant until the age of 85. Judges are well suited to shine shoes and refill
the toilet paper dispenser, particularly those who betrayed the public trust while invoking ZERO TOLERANCE policies in the stench ridden courtroom.

As one reporter put it, “Ciavarella did all that in a courtroom that was closed to the public and the media, but open to prosecutors, public defenders, police and probation officials. Why didn’t anyone speak up?”

In response to the scandal and the myriad issues it raised for Pennsylvania’s justice system, the state’s General Assembly created the Interbranch Commission on Juvenile Justice, with the support of the governor and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Its chair, Judge John M. Cleland, a Pennsylvania Superior Court judge, convened its proceedings with this at the outset:

Our concern. . . is not only the actions of two Luzerne County judges. Our concern is also the inaction of others. Inaction by judges, prosecutors, public defenders, the defense bar, public officials and private citizens, those who knew but failed to speak, those who saw but failed to act.

Money-Laundering Judge Disbarred

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) _ In a move rare in Ohio and across the country, the state Supreme Court on Thursday disbarred a county judge accused of money laundering and other ethics violations.

The court also concluded that during his years as an attorney in private practice, Hoskins made improper and unauthorized withdrawals of money from the estates of several relatives. The court permanently revoked Hoskins' license as an attorney and barred him for life from practicing law in Ohio. It based its decision on what it called a pattern of serious misconduct.

Atlanta, Georgia (CNN) -- A federal judge in Georgia has been arrested on drug and weapons charges after federal agents say he bought drugs for a stripper with whom he was having an affair.

Senior U.S. District Judge Jack Camp Jr. has been charged with possession of cocaine, marijuana and the painkiller roxicodone, according to court documents. He is also charged with possessing a firearm as an unlawful user of controlled substances and with aiding and abetting the possession of drugs by the stripper, who had a prior drug conviction.

Camp was arrested Friday after federal agents said he bought drugs from an undercover agent. He made an initial appearance Monday in a federal court in Atlanta and was released on $50,000 bond.

The charges allege that Camp had been paying the stripper for sex since the past spring and was fronting money to buy drugs for both of them. Before the sting that led to his arrest, he told her, "Let me pay him, because you've already got a record," the affidavit states.

Camp, 67, is the former chief judge for the northern district of Georgia. He was appointed to the bench by then-President Ronald Reagan in 1987 and took senior status in 2008. His lead attorney, Bill Morrison, would not discuss the facts of the case but played down his client's public office.

A federal judge from Louisiana is corrupt and unfit to serve on the bench, House members said Monday as they began a rare congressional impeachment trial by laying out their case against the jurist.
Judge Porteous' behavior was uncovered in a five-year FBI investigation in Jefferson Parish dubbed Operation Wrinkled Robe. Although the sting netted convictions against more than a dozen others, Judge Porteous was never charged with a crime. He was, however, suspended from the bench, and the Judicial Conference of the United States recommended that Congress consider impeachment.

Anyone familiar with this scandal realizes bribery of a black robed buffoon in exchange for judicial favors most certainly is a crime. This is another example of the miscreants at the top of the food chain escaping ramifications for illegal conduct. MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The Alabama Supreme Court has upheld a decision by an Alabama State Bar disciplinary board to ban former judge Herman Thomas from practicing law.

The former Mobile County circuit judge was disbarred twice earlier this year for what a disciplinary board called "sexually motivated assaults." The board found that he paddled and spanked criminal defendants.

The disbarments were ordered to be served concurrently. That means Thomas can ask for his law license to be reinstated after five years.

A state commission accepted the resignation Wednesday of a San Diego judge who auditioned for a reality-TV program in her courtroom, led spectators in "woo-woo" chants, and told a defendant that if he violated probation, "you will definitely be screwed, and we don't offer Vaseline for that." . . . The Commission on Judicial Performance censured Superior Court Judge DeAnn Salcido on the condition that she leave the bench.

The commission said she had committed 39 acts of misconduct. . . . Salcido has expressed regret for the "Vaseline" remark and a few other actions, but issued an unapologetic statement Wednesday saying there were "certain perceptions of my style that made it prudent for me to move on." . . .

The commission filed a Notice of Formal Proceedings on September 20, 2010, charging Judge Salcido with allowing herself to be videotaped while conducting proceedings in her courtroom for the purpose of promoting herself for a role in a potential television entertainment program and telling an entertainment attorney representing the producer that she would set her more interesting cases on the day of the filming; making numerous improper remarks and engaging in improper conduct while court proceedings were being filmed; engaging in a pattern of improper conduct on other occasions, including making demeaning and discourteous remarks regarding litigants, court staff, attorneys and others; and placing a defendant into custody for contempt without affording her due process or complying with the legal requirements for contempt.
