"Legal Abuse Syndrome" is very much the same as "post traumatic stress syndrome". Read below and know that you are not alone and that you are suffering from something very real that countless others do as well.

Oh, yes! It is enough to be driven insane.

DOJ's budget has increased 600% in 6 years.

33% of all US citizens are either in prison, on probation, or have a felony on their record.

They have imprisoned most if not all of the repeat offenders and now need a new pool of victims to keep the "Prison Industrial" complex going. DOJ is activly targeting Veterans and members of certain political groups for very minor crimes with terrible implications.

Being "targeted" and having to under go the stress of the process is very close to being shot at on the battlefield.

Probably most of the nuts that go on shooting rampages are undergoing this stress.

It is probably the most unreported cause of suicide in the US!

It is like living in Nazi Germany and awaiting to be told to get on the train to the camps.

Remember if you have been victimized and survive - if you are called to serve on a jury. Hang that Jury - no matter how guilty the person is. Never assist any authority or law enforcement ever again.

This is a system out of control and must be stopped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There have been a lot of good people who have been wrongly persecuted via both the criminal court system and the civil court system. I think the civil court system is worse. At least with the criminal system, there usually is some resolve in the end, either a guilty or innocent verdict.

However, in the civil court system, if a malicious litigant gets control of your life, the court battle and numerous frivolous filings, proceedings, hearings, threats, seizures and on and on and on can drag on for years and years, without end.

It is a serious form of abuse, that some malicious litigants thoroughly enjoy perpetrating on their victims via the civil court process.

This is what has happened to me and a few other people who have been put through over 1/2 decade of abuse and harassment by a financially wealthy malicious psychopath 'plaintiff' who enjoys using the civil court system in a way to humiliate and destroy the lives of his victims.

My court fight is still going on, almost 6.5 years now. And it will probably keep going on until the evil little psychopathic court abuser, who is joyously causing all this trouble, finally drops dead.
