What About Rating Judges?

Most judges are attorneys. From the County level up, they are all attorneys. Is there a separate judge-ratingz? If not, can we judge judges here as well?

Judge for the list. Donald Harris, Franklin, Williamson county, TN. He was my divorce judge several years ago. (from an abusive husband, who had become physical violent, and I had pictures to prove it.) He did not like my attorney. He made such blatent errors in his judgement, that TN Appeal Court easily overturned part of his judgement. But I still lost a lot. It was obivous that he had his mind made up at the beginning of the 2 1/2 day trial.
