This site provides many examples of unethical and illegal activites by lawyers and judges from all over the country. In one Houston family law case, there are several attroneys and District Judge that play the corruption game to its finest. After several greivances to the State Bar of Texas, complaints filed to the Commission of Judicial Conduct and offenses filed with the District Attorney's office, in my opinion it is clear that attorneys and Judges in Texas have the freedom to violate any Teas Disciplinary Rule of Professional Conduct, violate any Canon in the Texas Code of Judicial Conduct and commit an offense under the Texas Penal Code without fear of being held accountable for their actions. While at the same time, these very inappropriate actions by the attorneys and judges that violate the laws that govern them, have a lasting negative impact on the parents and especially young children that have to suffer as a result of them.
My case is one of many that happen in the Houston Family Courts every day - http://www.houstonfamilylawcorruption.com. Involved are high powered attorneys who, in my opinion, practice law as though they are above the law. For example, let's look at Wendy Burgower. Wendy Burgower has been practicing family law in Houston for well over 20 years. She has held many high ranking positions with the Texas State Bar and Family Law Section of the State Bar. She has been recognized by her peers as a "Superlawyer" several times. At first glance, Wendy Burgower seems like an amazing attorney (which I'm sure she believes justifies her $500/hr fees), but lets look a little closer at how she conducts her craft. Please see the below dates and associated rules and laws that, in my opinion and based on the evidence that is provided on my website, Wendy Burgower violated during my case:
August 28, 2009 - Rules 681 and Rule 682 of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
October 8, 2009 - Rule 3.05 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.
October 15, 2009 - Rule 3.05 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct
October 21, 2009 - Rule 4.01 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.
October 22, 2009 - Rule 3.05 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.
October 22, 2009 - Section 36.04 of the Texas Penal Code
December 21, 2009 - Rule 3.03 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct
February 11, 2010 - Rule 3.03 and Rule 8.04 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct
February 11, 2010 - Rule 4.04 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.
February 17, 2010 - Rule 3.03 and Rule 8.04 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.
February 17, 2010 - Rule 215.3 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
March 31, 2010 - Rule 3.03 and Rule 8.04 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.
March 31, 2010 - Rule 215.3 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
How many of the above, which I believe were direct violations of the rules and laws that govern an attorney's and individual's behavior, do you think Wendy Burgower received a reprimand for by the Texas State Bar, District Judge and District Attorney? Zero.
I have similar evidence on my website (link above) which, in my opinion, strongly proves that the Disctrict Judge in my case violated the following:
August 28, 3009 - Rules 681 & 682 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
October 22, 2009 - Canon 3(B)(8) of the Texas Code of Judicial Conduct
October 22, 2009 - Section 39.02 of the Texas Penal Code
February 3, 2010 - Canon 3(B)(8) of the Texas Code of Judicial Conduct
February 3, 2010 - Rule 21 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
???? - Section 37.09 of the Texas Penal Code
Again, after complaints were filed with the Texas commission on Judicial Conduct, it was held that no wrongdoing had occurred.
These acts of wrongdoing created suffering that my family and I will have to endure for many years to come.
Can someone please help me understand how this is possible and if anything can be done to stop it??????
