That might as well have been his response to the Bars inquiry as to where the deposit slip is showing he deposited my $70225.00 into his IOLTA account. I brought this up to the bar in a letter a couple of weeks ago. That, along with a few other goodies. His response to the bar was that he can't find the deposit slip, but assures ths bar he did indeed deposit the money into his IOLTA account, as apposed to his personal account. He does not produce, or offer to produce a bank statement or the check itself. I guess he thinks the bar will take his word for it. Every time this idiot opens his mouth, he sticks my boot in his ass. I love it.

INCREDIBLE! I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING THIS GUY FOR A WHILE AND AM AMAZED THAT THE TEXAS STATE BAR HAS DONE NOTHING, DESPITE NO LESS THAN REPORTDLY 3 FORMAL COMPLAINTS TO THEM IN THE PAST YEAR.
I OFTEN GET CALLS ABOUT THIS ATTY( REFERRALS TO CLEAN UP HIS WORK) AND QUITE FRANKLY AM AT AN ETHICAL FORK IN THE ROAD IN KEEPING QUIET.
