I am trying to locate a former Ontario lawyer Michael Kimberley. According to this info he was disbarred for misappropriating clients' money http://canlii.ca/t/2g1pl and

Before I knew this, he borrowed money from me. He didn't return it in time, then moved without revealing where. Now the loan is four months overdue, he doesn't return it and I don't know where he is.

His last known address was: 1539 Brock Rd. Hamilton ON L0R 1V0
The one before that: 24 Parkview Heights, Toronto M1N 2V4.
His practice was at 959 Kingston Road, Toronto

Your phonebox is full. I sued and collected a large sum from Mike a few years
back, may be of assistance. BTW, the warning flags started going up on him back in
2005 and a certain society chose to ignore them.

Was Irena on the loan agreement?

OIlder guy, inexcperienced, late bloomer to the bar, was previously a title searcher that
attended law in London Ont as a mature student from what i recall?
Looked good in a suit and that is where it ended.

For this reason alone the lsuc should demand lawyers expose their experience or lack thereof
to clients. SOB hurt dozens in the beaches area.

Completely disorganized con man imho, after my encounters with him he moved his office to the 2nd floor for faster getaways.

Thank you everyone who contacted me.
I was able to find Michael Kimberley and serve him with the court papers. In the process of searching for him I found out that, on top of being disbarred for misconduct and ‘misappropriating’ money ( http://canlii.ca/t/2g1pl ), he had drug charges when he still was a lawyer.. Apparently I am not the only one suing the Kimberleys. The police is involved. His spouse Irene Kimberley, - sometimes Ireyna Kimberley, also disbarred http://canlii.ca/t/fpvgx - now faces theft and laundering charges (the information is a public court record.) This is all can mention here for legal reasons, but I must add that I am shocked by all the uncovered info.

You won't believe this, we just got screwed by this crook, moved into to my rental and still has not provided payment for first and last months rent.

The Law Society is searching form him.
He owes over $400,000.00 to the Law Society.
In what city or town is he in now?

Get this lawyer. Bad enough there are bad lawyers out there who deserve the bad reputation. Problem those of us who really need the services do not need to be taken by such thieves. Why isn't he in jail? I sadly going thru legal process with a personal injury. Man, lawyers are so bad !!!! Need to fire mine now
