I had not realized it had been so long sinse the last time I was on here. First off, to the last two people that have delt with this slime excuse for a human, PLEASE PLEASE contact me.To the person that first posted. No matter what he says to you, don't believe him. He will try and stall you as long as he can. He will not get back with you. Your money is gone, just like mine is. He has stollen it, with no intention of returning it. I have sent you a PM. I hope you received it. It still shows to be in my outbox so I don't know.

To update. We are still trying to get this scum to a deposition. After not showing up for the last one, he told my lawyer to send him a list of available dates and he would pick one . We sent him about 15, but of course he did not respond. So now we are going back to the court and filling for another order.

Feb 17 was the deadline for him to file his response to my complaint to the Bar. I was also suppose to receive a full copy from him of his response. I did not. I don't know if the bar received his response yet. By the time I had a chance to call them on Friday, the person I needed to speak with had already left. So, that's about it for right now. I will post updates as they happen.

Can you please give your attorneys info., he is the opposing lawyer in my custody case and has made several deliberate false testimonies on my financial income as well as my relationship with my child. I've considered persuing a law suit against him and would like to know if I have a case. Basically he falsified my income to the judge in order to get a higher child support and back child support judgement against me, which he got because I was not notified of the hearing and was not in court to defend myself.
