My experience with Attorney Rioles has restored my faith in justice. I went through a very difficult divorce. Throughout the process, Attorney Rioles was always true to her profession and true as a caring human being who never gave up on us even when we didn't have the money to fight for our freedom. She represented me through the whole divorce process which included Family Court, The Supreme Court, my x's Bankruptcy Court hearing, and again in Family Court. My and my childrens' best interests were always respected and protected. |

This woman is the strength that kept me going through a long custody battle. With her, it is not about the money, only about the truth and getting justice. She took the fear and anxiety away every time we had a court appearance. Her speed and determination continues to facinate me. She was recommended to me by a man in Florida, and by every other person I asked for help. We are lucky to have an attorney with her truth and wisdom in the state of RI. God bless you, Brenda. |

Brenda helped me and my child at a most difficult point in both our lives. She exhibited professionalism and tact. She was sensitive to the sentivity of my case and was careful to protect the interest of my child and my child's sensitivty to the custody battle. Having the experience that she does with Family court; She made us both comfortable in the trying moments. If Brenda had not represented me, it could have been a much different outcome for my child. I recommend anyone with children, going through divorce or custody to her. |

I used Ms. Rioles because I am a female and wanted a female attorney. Sha gave me the 'warm and fuzzys' for over a year, promosed to limit her fee, and yes, I 'won' the house in the property settlement, thenm she presented the Judge (O'Brien) with 'her motion' for money above and beyound the initial agreement. Bottom line- Neither of us got the house, as she was awarded over $90,000.00. (attachment on my house, then she got order for sale of house, stay away!!!!! |

brenda's knowledge of the law is exceptional. not only did she aid me in keeping my home and custody of my daughter, i was also able to deploy to iraq with complete peace of mind and aware of the "soldiers and sailors act" that the government has to protect individuals like myself. and it was all because of brenda and her extreme professionalism. in addition, i had never met her prior to my divorce. she was recommended by several of my co-workers, who'm had needed her assistance also. she is as far as i'm concerned a great lawyer and a true professional, and i would use her again if needed. |
