Dedicated, hard-working attorney who really fights on your cases. He is not those attorneys who claim they will work hard and never do except keep your money. He really cares for his clients. Would refer Richard to anyone in need of legal help! |

Richard is a good lawyer. He has been very helpfull and understanding.If it wasn't for him, I don't know what we would of done with out him. I can't Thank him enough and I definetly would recommend him to all my Friends and Family. Thanks so much, Benny. |

I would highly recommend this firm!! Richard Gaxiola was very truthful with me and devoted a lot of time and energy into every aspect of my case. He responded promptly to any of my concerns, and was very personable and patient in explaining any legal matters with me. Richard is directly responsible for the ease and thoroughness that permeated my case. Richard won my first case with an amazing motion to dismiss that not even the prosecutor objected to. My second case went to trial and thanks to Richard, we won!! |

on multiple trips to the office of Alex & Gaxiola I was treated horribly! Richard Gaxiola needs a lesson in manners. He is a very abraisive, and down right rude to the clients that come into his office. I would recommend staying away from this law firm! It"s not worth it! |
