Donna handled my case years ago, it took 3 years and a good lawyer to undue her damage, as my mediator said GARBAGE in Garbage out, meaning her work at best was garbage,I would WARN women about her incompitance,she certainally wasn't prepared, and ultimately did much damage to my case which WAS corrected later on ,by a now retired attorney who was a real go getter, who listened and did what I needed the first time,she was one to stall, overlook information,or not researchshe did NOT do a good job.If you have questions about her performance ,ask,if she can't answer, RUN!!!!!This was a nightmare I would wish on no one...had she done it correctly,I wouldn't have had the battle to un -do, that I had...if she had been able to do her job...what scares me is she is ALLOWED to do speeches for women still,who fall prey to her,in their most vulneraBLE STATE.There are enough good attorneys out there , I would highly advise you to seek out someone else...to save you the heart ache...if I could haV |

I rate Donna the way I did because she is clueless as to how abusive men work and she continues to allow children to be abused by abusive men. If Donna had knowledge and understanding of domestic violence she may be able to help these children. Donna refuses to give any information as to her credentials or knowledge and understanding of domestic violence. |

Donna has done an amazing job for me and my three children thus far. We are confident that she has our best interest in mind and will follow through all the way. |

This lawyer was appointed to me when we had a case. She was very good at getting stuff done. She saw that what the other side was making into a major issue was not the case at all. I think she is great and she even took the time to come to extra hearings. |

Donna Mobilia was a very poor lawyer when representing my children as their Guardian ad Litem. She spent twice the amount of time speaking with my spouse than the time she spent speaking with me. This gave her a bias and I was not afforded an opportunity to give her a balanced view of the situation. The recommendation she wrote was unclear and difficult to understand for myself and the other lawyers involved. When questioned about why she recommended so much child visitation with my children's father, she said she was trying to get my spouse as close to the visitation that he was asking for as possible. It was obvious that she was working as an advocate for my spouse and not my children. The divorce I am going through was directly caused by my spouse's illegal and unethical behaviors; that which he engaged in while the children were in his care. My parenting has never been questioned and is not a legal concern for establishment of physical custody or of visitation. |
