Her ratings 2017 are all negative 2012 and back positive. Ms. Lauser's rating should be 0. The most unethical attorney ever. Even though her court lies are documented to the court, nothing is done to admonish her unethical behavior. She is being reported to the Bar.
“Court Documents”exist showing a form she filled out indicating herself as the other party's attorney, and the other party as her client's attorney. In July 2017 she had her opposing party admonished and warned by the judge that he might get sanctioned for not responding to interrogatories she never sent, no proof of service. Yet, just before the July court hearing, same day, she served him interrogatories then filed a proof of service.
Interrogatories served on Ms. Lauser due Sept 4 still waiting as of Sept 21. Should she be sanctioned I think so.
Told the judge she did not have his address but served him by mail at his address just a few days earlier. Address change submitted May 2017 and served to her.

This person is giving my ex-husband advice on how to mess up my son's life after he put my son in a very dangerous situation. She lied about speaking with me I have never spoken with this woman personally or in any other form of communication. but she wrote in a statement to the court in Washington even though she's representing herself as a friend of my ex-husband since she can't legally practice in the state i live in. She's made up statements that are untrue and unfounded.

Lauser represented my ex-wife in a nasty and contentious proceeding, and drove my wife to a nasty child custody suit filled w/ lies, half truths and personal enmity. I would highly recommend you do your due diligence prior to hiring this unprofessional lawyer who acts in bad faith, and has no ethics whatsoever. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY! This woman represented my wife in her move away case. She stated that she felt bad for my wife considering at the time she was 7 months pregnant, and knew she would need legal representation for such a complex case. My wife being desperate for help paid her a discounted retainer fee of $1650 ...not the full amount of $2000 due to a payment plan that both parties agreed on. For 2 months my wife continuously reaches out to Mrs. Lauser pertaining the case, each time her emails weren't returned for 2-3 days. When the emails were returned Mrs. Lauser would always reply, "let's just wait and see how it goes". The original pleading for my wife's case was filed by my wife even though at that point she was represented by Mrs. Lauser. Mrs. Lauser had my pregnant wife drive to the court house and get the original orders as well as file the new pleading.

Due to a turblent Child custody case I had several attorneys. When I hired Ms. Pamela Lauser, I finally hired a REAL attorney. She fought and stood tall against one of the most shrewd arrogant attorney's in the business. I recommend her to anyone that has been pushed around. That is what Pamela Lauser is "THE BEST" My family and myself cannot say enough wonderful things about this attorney, with the Grace of God and Pamela Lauser, we finally won a nasty, ugly, expensive, and painful 7 year custody battle. Ms. Lauser just finished a nasty divorce and custody case that has been in the system for 5 years. She has been my attorney for 1 year. She fairly adjudicated my case and convinced my ex to settle for the benefit of the kids. She is honest, straight forward and does not mince words. She gets the job done. She also insists that her clients treat the Judges and their ex's with courtesy and respect even when a judge issues an order the client does not like and the ex refuses to cooperate. I have nothing but respect for this woman and she did a great job for me! Hire her!

Pam wrote a great Will and Trust for me, including an Advanced Medical Directive, and I am confident that my wishes will be carried out if I pass away unexpectedly. I can't tell you how good it feels to have this stuff taken care of in case I die. It's hard to put a price on peace of mind, but she really listened to my goals and wishes and helped assemble my documents at a fair price. Plus, her customization and careful reading of the law was much better than any of those shoddy document services or an online website.

There are 4 entries on this sight from this same person. This client is using the internet to get justice that the Court refused her. Contrary to her statement.. we did represent her; we won her case and she wanted her money back because we had to send an associate attorney in my place because I was court ordered to attend an unscheduled EMERGECNY hearing elsewhere. She was given the opportunity to reschedule or have my associate represent her. She chose the associate, and she won everything, not just some of her requests but ALL of them. But...because I was not the representing attorney, she wanted her money back. The court ruled against her and could not comprehend her reason for filing a complaint against me. What recourse does an attorney have with these internet rating sights when an opposing party decides to pretend he or she is the client and then enters derogatory remarks about the attorney? What recourse does an attorney have to defend herself?

Ms. Lauser is tenacious, but she files the wrong paperwork and does not seem to know how the law works. The Judge was not pleased with her court room tatics. At the end of the day it is the Judge who decides your fate, so just becauses she fights does not mean that she will win. I found out the hard way.

If people did not have incredibly good or bad tales about attorneys ,the attorney jokes just wouldn't be funny. I have had both good and bad stories to tell. About Pam Lauser however they are good. For over fourteen years I was in and out of the Contra Costa courts with drug and alcahol abusing ex wife trying to save my daughter from her disfunctional household. I spent so much on other lawyers finally to the point of bankruptcy. As noble as that may seem it did not produce results.She had tested positive for opiate use after court orderad drug testing and it didn't matter ,she had reported cases of domestic violence in her home,it didn'd matter.the court made me pay nearly ten thousand dollars for a private evaluator who didn't have kids.The list goes on. After thre trips to court for a very fair amount of money my daughter lives with me and the problem was solved. I only wish I had met Pam a long time ago. deltafootin@yahoo.com

Highly recommend to NOT use this lawyer. It cost me $400.00 for 1 hearing, she was schooled by the judge and court clerk how to fill out an after hearing judgement, used the wrong date on the form and put down the wrong name for my soon to be ex-wife. I have left a message everyday this week for her and she got back to me today and told me it is a little error and I should appreciate the work she has done and just look over these small facts. I think it might be time to go back to law school for her.

Great attorney! We went through a few in a nasty custody battle before finding Pam, and she is the best. The best part about Pam that you will have a hard time finding in other attorneys is that she actually cares about you. Someone can know the legal system inside and out and have every connection in the world but if they don't care they aren't a bit of good. Pam is a wonderful/knowledgeable attorney and more importantly a good and genuine person. If your case is important to you Pam is the one for you! Unfortunately 2 of the negative comments on this site are from my ex-husband and his lawyer, which just goes to show how good Pam is!

Ms. Lauser is a dligent and tenacious advocate for her client's whether they are paying or pro bono. She is exhaustive in her research, takes particular care in communicating with her clients. Is always available to discuss at length her cases with her client. She presents a formidable presence in court and is not afraid to challenge questionable rulings or behavior by opposing counsel. I believe that negative comments that may appear on this site are generated by clients or attorneys who have been on the losing end when faced with representation of the quality that Ms. Lauser brings to every case.

Before I rate Pam Lauser, let's get clear about one thing - the family court system does not work, is broken, and the attorneys who have been doing this forever take advantgage. There is no way that any clients wrote the negative comments about P. Lauser. I believe this is a sabotage from another attorney who right now has three cases against her with the state bar court. She's not your typical attorney who's more interested in the money, than her clients. Pam is a very dedicated attorney who will fight tooth and nail for her clients. She's aggressive when need to be, but does not take advantage of her clients. She really is the best.
