I'm a real estate attorney in Grand Rapids. I'm astounded that this attorney is still permitted to practice law. I gave a medium ranking on 'tenacity', but the problem is that she is somewhat tenacious - but completely wrong in what she is being tenacious about. |

Mary Benedict- legal child abuser. Mary is not in the best interest of the children. I have started a spread sheet to keep track of the non cusotdial mothers who have her in their case. The stories on how abusive fathers are gaining custody of their children at the hadns of this person is unbelieable. Please do research before hiring this person. Contact your state Senators and House of Representatives to let them know what is going on. Mary works with Judge Patricia Gardner and Donna Mobilia and conspire to kidnapp children in the 17th circuit court. These women are bad new, and they have established themselves as honest people in the community. Beware they are wolves in sheeps clothing. |

Benedict was the GAL for my children and submitted fraudulent allegations of abuse and ignored the fact the fathers sexual misconduct, substantiated child abuse, 1/19/02, non aggravated assault. Mary Engaged in illeal wiretapping a violation of wiretapping law, penal code clearly stated in Williams v Williams. Ryan v Ryan she misrepresented the minor child "divorce the parent" She is a manipulating attorney that conspires with Judges to destroy lives and families. She removes children from healthy homes to place them with know child abusers and sexual predators. Kidnapping and child abuse under the color of law. Benedict had the court order equal payment from the parties knowing the court paid her fees. The Plaintiff on our case made 22 dollars per hour and I was a stay home mother 15 years. Benedict has a history of bias, prejudice and over all she is a despicable attorney will pull out all the stops to violate the law and the best interest of the minor children. |
