He doesn't answer questions very well or explain things very well. He gives perfunctory answers and is not very friendly. We went to him to have our will drawn up and could have done it on the internet ourselves and done it just as well with the paucity of information we got. He's probably a good lawyer, he just needs to improve his communication skills.  :|
