I have been involved in a long dispute with my ex. I am so glad that I found Alexandra and her staff. Really great. Communicate with me, everyone is available to answer questions and didn't feel gouged, or that I was being over billed. It has been a tough road, but could not have been in better hands. Yes, sometimes, if you think a gorilla is the best one handling your case, it's all smoke and mirrors and high billings, as I learned the hard way. I was the respondent in a frivolous suit filed by a competitor. After 2+ years of litigation with another law firm and no results, I walked into Alexandra's office prepared to go to trail. Within one month, she settled the case without my having to pay them a dime! She has an uncanny ability to view and apply the law like no other. She is not intimated by opposing counsel but welcomes challenge. I would highly recommend Alexandra McIntosh. |

I honestly cannot say enough about the excellent representation by Alex and the hard work of her entire staff. It was a tough time and I was not always at my best. While she had to reel me in a few times, she was always right to do so. It was a hard fought battle, but she never gave up and I could not be happier with the outcome. Relative to other attorneys I dealt with, fair in price, good to communicate, calls you on the carpet when necessary, realistic in outcome. Much respect for her; and Im not easy to please; ive been told. |

This woman knows how to deal with crazy ex spouses who take advantage of the courts. She is not out to get anyone, she is genuinely fair and works in the best interest of the kids involved. It isn't a paycheck for her, she is a person who wants to help and did help. Thank God for her! |

I entrusted in Alexandra to take the emotional battle for me. She did and more! She allowed me a sense of peace when all could have been turmoil. Going through a custody battle is never easy. If I didnt have her by my side I do not know what I would have done! She kept me grounded, provided the best advice for me to persue for my child, which honestly wasnt always what I wanted to hear. The end result in front of the judge was that her representation mirrored exactly what I wanted. Dignity, honesty, integrity, class and an outcome that will allow my child a peaceful upbringing. With out her, I dont know where we would be. I would reccomend her in a hearbeat! |

Anyone that wants an aggressive attorney is a lunkhead! The best attorneys are those that try to work out a resolution that each party can live with. In many divorces, you have kids to consider and a lifetime relationship with the other parent. Don't be stupid and look for a TV personality attorney but someone with the professional integrity and savvy that this attorney possesses |

I had very young children when I was first divorced and had the usual threat of "I am taking the children, you will get nothing, etc." It was a scarey time. Since getting me primary physical custody, child support and very good settlement, there have been times when I have had to return to court. I would never recommend anyone other than Alexandra. Her level of commitment has not wavered over the years. There are times she is in court saving other people from heart ache, but I have always had a return call or e-mail, sometimes even late in the evening. She has never had to ask me to pay my bill, in fact, when I asked she allowed me a reasonable payment plan. Could not give higher marks. Maybe the negative responses either didn't deal directly with her, or are just sour grapes. |

Recently I retained this attorney for a custody dispute. Big mistake. I could never get my calls returned and the fees became too much to bear. I was forced to get another firm to finish the job, they charged less and they were very good at responding to my calls. |

I hired this lawyer for my divorce. I thought that her lever of knowledge was high but I am sad to report that the lever of communication was not what it should have been. It seems that the only time we talked was when they wanted more money. I also thought that she could have been more aggresive, perhaps the result would have been slightly better if she was more aggresive. |

Alexandra has been the best thing that happened to me in a time of despair and very little trust in the judicial system.
She is caring, honest, knows her business better than anyone I know.
Very rarely you can find an attorney that treats you with respect and consideration as Alexandra does.

Alex was my champion in a bitter custody battle. In out first day in court, she brought the other side to their knees, and ran circles around opposing counsel. She is tough, honest, fair, and excelled at prompt communication with me. Excellent lawyer. Thanks again for all your help, Alex!! |

I had to go back to court a number of times and Alexandra was always there to make a bad situation better. Well prepared, and a bull dog what more do you want when you to go before the judge, highly recommended. |

Sometimes it takes a day to get a return phone call. Understand all of them are busy. I'm stressing out and want to talk to someone. When you do get the return call, all questions answered and sense of relief returns. Everyone at office nice and cares. Feel taken care of. |
